Metro East Boxing

EDMAA-Metro East Boxing Program’s goal is for the betterment of the youth in our community.  Our academy has many testimonials about how a youngster was helped to realize his potential, staying away from negative influences and learning the sport of boxing, whether to advance in it, or to use it as a form of exercise and social involvement.

Fitness Boxing

This program is for men or women, students, or anyone that wants to learn the western art of boxing for the knowledge, workout and stress relief benefit that has.

Most of the “Fitness Boxing” Students will never fight an opponent. There is big difference between recreational boxing and competitive boxing; we’re teaching more on the recreational boxing side with the Fitness Boxing program. With a mixture of jump roping, punching drills, bag work, and learning how to defend themselves. The Boxing Coaches are governed by United States Amateur Boxing, Inc. (www.usaboxing.org).

Class Schedule:

Mon / Wed / Fri

7:30pm to 8:30pm

We ask that you come 30 minutes early to warm up with 20 minutes cardio and 10 stretching.
