Fitness Boxing

This program is for men or women, students, or anyone that wants to learn the western art of boxing for the knowledge, workout and stress relief benefit that it has.
Most of the “Fitness Boxing Students will never fight an opponent. There is a big difference between recreational boxing and competitive boxing; we’re teaching more on the recreational boxing side with the Fitness Boxing program.  With a mixture of jump roping, punching drills, bag work, and learning how to defend themselves.  The Boxing Coaches are governed by United States Amateur Boxing, Inc.
